This policy explains what information is processed when you visit this website and how you can contact us about it. We have kept the website simple on purpose, so very little information is involved

Who is responsible

This website is operated by the BWG HUB project. Questions and requests about privacy can be sent by email to hello@bwghubteam.com or through the other options listed on our Contacts page

What we do not collect

The website has no registration, no forms, no accounts and no payments. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details on this website

Technical server logs

Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and device type (user agent) and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the website running, to detect errors and to protect it against abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website

The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. They are not used to build profiles and are not sold or shared for marketing

Cookies and similar technologies

When you first open the main page, a banner asks whether you agree to optional cookies. Until you click Accept, no optional cookies are set and no analytics or advertising tools are loaded. Simply viewing the banner is not consent

Necessary storage: your choice (accepted or declined) is saved in your browser so that the banner is not shown again. This entry contains no personal data and stays until you clear your browser data

Optional advertising cookies, only after you accept: we may use Google Ads conversion measurement to find out whether visitors who came from our ads opened our Telegram channel. Google may set cookies for this purpose (for example _gcl_au, stored for up to 90 days)

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the main page. If you withdraw consent, these tools are no longer loaded

Service providers

The website is hosted on a server provided by OVH SAS (France), which processes the server logs described above on our behalf. Domain name resolution is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. The pages do not load fonts, scripts or images from other websites, except Google Ads tools if you accept optional cookies

If you accept optional cookies, Google Ireland Limited receives information about your visit and your click on the Telegram button, such as your IP address, browser details and an advertising click identifier. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. Our legal basis for this is your consent

The main button opens our channel on Telegram, a separate service. Once you are on Telegram, its own privacy policy applies. We do not receive your Telegram data through this website

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, for example the GDPR in the European Union, you may have the right to ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we hold only short-lived server logs, we may need the approximate time of your visit and your IP address to find the relevant entries

The website is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children
